Musalmano ki jaan aur maal ki hurmat - Hadees 08 (40 Hadees Nawawi)


Ibn Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) say rivayat hai:

Rasool Allah (ï·º) nay irshad farmaya: Mujhe logon say uss waqt tak jang karne ka hukm diya gaya hai jab tak woh iss baat ki gawahi na de dey ki Allah kay siwa koyi m'abood bar haq nahi aur Muhammad (ï·º) uss kay Rasool hain, namaz qayam karey aur zakat ada karey. Jab woh aisa karne lagenge to mujh say apni jaan aur maal ko mahfooz kar lenge siwaye Islam kay haq kay aur unn ka hisaab Allah Ta'ala kay zimme hoga.

Shrah aur Fawaid

  • Ye hadees 'aam hai lekin Quran majeed ki ek aayat isey khaas kar deti hai, Allah Ta'ala ka irshad hai: Unn logon say ladon jo Allah par aur qayamat kay din par emaan nahi laatey, jo Allah aur uss kay Rasool ki haraam kardah cheezon ko haraam nahi jante, na deen haq ko qubool kartey hain, unn logon may say jinhe kitab dee gayi hai, yahan tak ki woh zaleel aur khuwaar ho kar apne hath say jaziya ada karey (At-Tawbah: 29). Logon say jang uss waqt tak wajib hai jab tak woh Allah kay deen may dakhil na hon ya jaziya ada na karey.
  • Shahadataen ka faqt iqrar kar lene say aadmi musalman ho jata hai. Iss kay b'ad agar woh Islami shariat par kaarband hota hai to uss kay bhee wahi huqooq aur faraiz hain jo baaki musalmano kay hain, lekin agar woh kisi rakan ko tark kar deta hai aur aise log mil kar apna ek giroh (group) bana lete hain to unn say jang ki jayegi.
  • Namaz qayam karna aur zakat ada karna Islam ka haq hai. Abu Bakr (Radhi Allahu Anhu) nay man'aeen zakat (woh log jinho nay zakat ada karney say inkaar kar diya tha) say jang kay waqt farmaya tha: Allah ki qasam! Main unn say zaroor jang karunga jo namaz aur zakat kay darmiyan (beech) farq karte hain, kyun ki zakat maal ka haq hai. Allah ki qasam! agar woh ek rassi jo Rasool Allah (ï·º) ko diya karte thay mujhe nahi denge to uss kay rokne par main unn say jang karunga (Sahih Bukhari, kitab Al-Zakat, Hadees: 1356; Sahih Muslim, kitab Al-Imarat, Hadees: 20). 
  • Islam qubool kar lene say jaan aur maal mahfooz ho jata hai siwaye unn halaat kay jis may Islam khud apne kisi haq ka mutalba karey, maslan kisi ko na haq qatal kar dene ya shadi shudah ho kar zina kar lene ya Islam chor kar murtad ho jane say jaan ki hifazat khatam ho jayegi.
  • Qayamat kay din har bandey ko Allah Ta'ala kay saamney apne 'amal ka hisab dena hoga, agar neki kar rakhi hai to uss ka anjaam acha hoga aur agar burai kar rakhi hai to uss hisab say uss ka nateeja saamney aayega. Jo shakhs zahiri taur par Islam par qayam ho uss kay sath musalmano jaisa m'aamla kiya jayega, uss kay dil aur androoni kaifiyat say mutalliq koyi raaye nahi qayam ki jayegi, jab tak ki kisi zahiri 'amal say uss kay khilaf m'aloom na ho jaye. Agar woh munafiq hai to uss ka hisab qayamat kay din Allah kay zimme hai.
