Halal aur haram aur dil ki islah - Hadees 06 (40 Hadees Nawawi)

Abu Abdullah N'uman Bin Basheer  (Radhi Allahu Anhu) say rivayat hai:

Main nay Rasool Allah (ï·º) ko farmate huwe suna: Yaqeenan halal wazeh (saaf / clear) hai aur haram bhee wazeh hai aur inn dono kay darmiyan kuch shuba (mashkook) (doubtful) ki cheeze hain jin ko aksar log nahi jantey, lihaza jo shakhs shuba ki cheezon say bach gaya uss nay apne deen (religion) aur apni izzat (honour) ko bacha liya aur jo shuba wali cheezon may par gaya woh haram may par jayega. Iss ki misaal aisi hai ki ek charwaha (shepherd) apne janwar aisi zameen kay qareeb charaye jo badshah kay liye khaas hai, bahot mumkin hai uss kay janwar uss mana kee huwi jagah may jaa parey aur charne lagey. Khabardar! har badshah ki ek khaas jagah hoti hai (jis may logon ka dakhila mana hota hai) aur Allah ki mana kardah jagah wo cheezey hain jinhe uss nay haram kar diya hai. Khabardar! jism may gosht ka ek tukda hai, agar woh sahih ho jaye to sara jism sahih ho jata hai aur agar wahi bigad jaye to sara jism bigad jata hai. (Ye baat achi tarah) jaan lo ki wo gosht ka tukda aadmi ka dil hai.

Shrah aur Fawaid

  • Halal aur haram ka m'aamla bilkul saaf hai, kisi say posheedah nahi lihaza jahan haram say mukammal doori ikhtiyar karna ek musalman par farz hai wahi halal say lutf andooz honey kay liye usey koyi rukawat nahi aur kisi kay liye ye jayaz aur durust nahi ki woh Allah Ta'ala ki halal kardah kisi cheez ko haram thairaye. Allah Ta'ala ka irshad hai: kisi cheez ko apni zaban say jhoot moot na kah diya karo ki ye halal hai aur ye haram hai ki Allah par jhoot baandh lo (An-Nahl: 116).
  • Allah Ta'ala apne bandon ko khane peene, pehanne odhney, khareed aur farokht, leyn deyn, aur deegar m'aamlaat may aise mushtaba (doubtful) umoor (kaam) kay zariye aazmata hai jin ka hukm aksar logo ki nazar may mukhfee (chupa) hota hai. Ye Allah ki ek hikmat hai taa ki ek sachche Momin aur ek khuwahish parast may tameez ho jaye.
  • Iss hadees may kaha gaya hai ki shuba ki cheezon ka hukm aksar log nahi jante jis ka mafhoom (meaning) mukhalif ye nikalta hai ki kuch yani 'ilm may rasookh rakhne waley iss ka hukm jantey hain lihaza koyi cheez mushtaba sirf usi shakhs kay liye hai jis kay ilm ki rasai uss kay hukm tak nahi warna dar haqeeqat koyi cheez mushtaba nahi.
  • Ek musalman hamesha apni izzat aur aabroo aur nek naami ki hifazat karta hai aur isey daaghdaar karne wali tamam cheezon say bachta hai, isi bina par woh aisi cheezon say bhee bachta hai jin kay halal ya haram hone may shuba ho, taa ki uss ki aabsoo kisi bhee tarah kay daagh say mahfooz rahe. Kyun ki subhaat ka karne wala logon kay t'aney zani aur 'ayeb joyi say mahfooz nahi rah sakta aur agar uss say mahfooz rahe to kam az-kam badgumaniyon say to nahi bach sakta.
  • Nabi kareem (ï·º) ki t'aleem ka andaaz nihayat umdah aur behtareen tha, Aap (ï·º) nay charagaah, maweshi aur charwahe ki misaal dey kar m'aney ko zehno say qareeb kar diya.
  • Allah Ta'ala nay apni haram kardah cheezon ki hadey (boundaries) muqarrar kar dee hain taa ki musalman unn kay qareeb na jaye. Allah Ta'ala ka irshad hai: Ye Allah Ta'ala ki hudood hain tum unn kay qareeb bhee na jao (Al-Baqarah: 187). Nez Nabi kareem (ï·º) ka irshad hai: Saat halaak kar dene wali cheezon say ijtinab karo (Sahih Bukhari: 2766).
  • A'amaal ki achai aur burai ka daromdaar dil ki islah aur fasad par hai. Isi liye Allah Ta'ala kay yahan qayamat kay din hisab aur kitab dil ki niyaton kay mutabiq hoga. Dunya may bhee zaahiri islah baatini islah ki daleel mani jayegi aur zaahiri fasad baatini fasad ki daleel.
  • Ek Musalman apne jism ki sehat aur tandurusti say kahi zyadah apne dil ki tandurusti par dhayan deta hai. Bughz-o-keena, nafrat-o-hasad, khayanat-o-fareyb, shak-o-nifaq, kufr-o-takabbur aur ghaflat jaisi m'anwi beemariyon say dil ko paak saaf karta hai. Nez Allah Ta'ala kay zikr aur astaghfar say uss ki sakhti ko narmi say badalta hai.
